The production process

We select raw materials through an accurate assessment of suppliers.

In our internal laboratory, microbiological, physical, chemical, organoleptic and sensory analyzes are carried out daily by specialized personnel, both on raw materials and on the finished product. We also rely on specialized external laboratories for carrying out specific product tests that require the use of sophisticated instruments.
