Food safety has always been a primary objective for our company; we therefore apply rigorous checking protocols from the raw material stage up to the creation of the finished product. This procedure allows us to constantly monitor the quality and safety of our products.
Specialist staff daily carry out microbiological, physical-chemical, taste and sensory analyses in our internal laboratory both on the raw materials and on the finished products. We also rely on specialist external laboratories to carry out specific tests on the product which require the use of sophisticated instruments.
Process checks are carried out in all the production phases by taking samples every two hours on each manufacturing line.
Each bulk delivery of products is monitored rheologically to check the viscosity and crystallisation; more detailed tests are also carried out relating to specific applications.
